What the guides stand on

Every instruction in a guide comes from a Philippine agency such as PAGASA, PHIVOLCS, the Bureau of Fire Protection or a city disaster office. The agency is named under the steps, linked to the document the steps were read from, and dated with the day this site last read it. The guides carry that agency's wording and its cautions. For your own street, follow your barangay and your local disaster office.
